Here We Go!

First, a little background. I am a novice; this is my first half marathon. I started training in February 2009. I downloaded a training schedule from Sweat 365, an online fitness community. A half marathon consists of 13.1 miles. For the most part I have been pretty good at sticking to the schedule.
